  draft.
- Bob: Some people do use the USER GUIDE.
  - They can see what checks are performed.
- Mike: When people ask questions about the checks we should make sure the USER GUIDE
  covers that check well.

IBISCHK BUG 178:
- Bob: Nothing has changed, it is up to date.

Parser Contract:
- Bob showed a draft parser development contract.

  - This is based on the 6.1.0 contract.
- Bob reviewed all updates made to the contract.
- Bob: We will not require building and testing Mac executables.
  - One question is when to send to SAE for review
- Mike: We should fill in blanks like the contract price first.

AR: Mike review DLL checking section of parser development contract

IBIS specification comments from Curtis Clark:
- Bob showed IBIS 6.1 page 323
- Bob: Curtis thinks "waveform sampled at the receiver latch" should have
  "samples".
- Mike: It probably should have "waveform edges sampled at".
- Bob: On page 235 "declared or set to NRZ" should have "not" before it.
- Mike: it should be is not declared or is set to NRZ".
- Bob: One question is which way IBISCHK enforces it.
- Mike: Most likely IBISCHK gets it right.

AR: Mike update ver6_1_known_issues with Curtis Clark's findings.
